Identify the Patient

We verify your information to ensure accurate and personalized care. 

Personal Identification

All staff members must wear their identification badge with photo and name. If someone is not properly identified, please inform us immediately. 

Fall Prevention

If you need to get up, please call the nurses using the call button. If you wear glasses, put them on before getting up. 

Wash Your Hands

Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds before and after your appointment. This simple habit protects your health and the health of those around you.
